A few of you guys, my watchers, have become a little over zellus with the searching and need to tone it down a bit. As of recently I have posted my copyright on the characters who are copyrighted, by the request of my Agent, and the Library of Congress. I was given two options, post the copyright or remove all of my work to prevent any issues. I like DA, and I like my artwork, therefor I chose the first so I could remain on DA.
Thanks to a few of my watchers, i am now aware of who is trying to pass my characters off as theres. I am also now aware of who is doing what. One of which is fine, immature highschoolish and child like but fine. There is no harm, and the only thing that they have done is taken the names of my characters, simply ignore there childish behavior, the site they are on has already been notified by my lawyer, and the admins are now watching there account carefully, and will report anything they post to my lawyer. As I have said, multiple times, this dose not bother me because I am taking care of it, and if it bothers you that much NOTE ME and ill deal with it in a manor I see fit. If I don't get back to you right away its not because I don't care, its because i'm busy with school and work im only online in between classes and sometimes at night but rest assured I will get back to you.
Now, Names do not count, if someone steals my copyrighted work "Story" Then be assured that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. As of right now there is someone tiptoeing on glass regarding this, which is why the admins of the site are keeping in contact with my lawyer, and should they post anything that infringes my copyrights then my Lawyer's will be contacting them to inform them of there court date. I hope it dose not come to this, I do not want it to, but it will by law of my contract in order to protect my book's.
Also I will say this once, and only once.
My characters are copyrighted, and therefor by the US law they are legally and permanently mine. If anyone should try and steal them then they can simply be sued by me. Plain and simple.
If I ask you NOT to pursue something, then don't pursue it. Plain and simple.
...Ugh...Ok now that all of this legal crap is posted hopefully things wont get out of hand. Because this is getting really annoying and I would really hate to have to sue someone before the stupid books are done being published. *deep breath* Oh well, children will be children especially if they cant even escape the tormenting of there own mind. The easiest thing for everyone to do is just ignore them as I am. My Lawyers are taking care of everything, as is the admins of the sites, so please do not try and take things into your own hands. Its being dealt with.

[link]As a side note, should anyone off, on, or around DA claim that Sheru, Kashema,Moonstar, Luna, Crystal,Wild-wind, or any of my copyrighted characters be there's, simply ignore them, and report them. Do not confront yourself, if you feel it necessary simply contact me and I will deal with it in the manor I see fit. I am having issues with a stalker, and a thief, and hopefully things will be resolved soon.
